These terms apply to everyone who uses Choovi ("we", "us"), a directory that helps people view restaurant menus and indicative prices before they visit. By using Choovi you agree to these terms.

1. What Choovi is

Choovi is an information directory only. We do not take orders, accept payments, arrange delivery, or publish reviews. Restaurants are independent businesses and are not operated by Choovi.

2. Menus and prices

  • Menus, prices and availability are supplied by restaurants or their representatives and may change at any time.
  • Estimated totals are for planning only and exclude taxes, service charges and other fees.
  • Prices are shown in the restaurant's local currency and are never converted.
  • Always confirm details with the restaurant before you order. Restaurants labelled "Demo" are examples, not real businesses.

3. Restaurant owners

  • Owners sign in with a Google Gmail account and must provide accurate business details.
  • You confirm you are authorised to represent the restaurant and to publish its menu, prices, logo and images.
  • You are responsible for keeping your menu accurate and lawful, including allergen and dietary information.
  • We may review, edit, hide or remove any listing or content that is inaccurate, misleading, infringing or unlawful, and we may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not scrape, overload, or interfere with Choovi, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or upload harmful or offensive material.

5. Intellectual property

The Choovi name, logo and site design belong to us. Restaurant content belongs to the restaurant, which grants us a licence to display it on Choovi.

6. Liability

Choovi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using information on the site, including price differences, allergens or availability at the restaurant.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also keep any rights granted by local law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
